It is only a good night if everyone feels safe, comfortable, and free of any threat. Warm Company depends on safe spaces where everyone is able to truly and freely express themselves — as long as that expression is with respect to others. In short, just be a good human to each other.

Zero Tolerance

for bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or any other forms of discrimination, harassment, or predatory behavior. We cannot express enough how unwelcome such behavior is.

Consent Is Mandatory

Consent is explicit, final and we do not tolerate any deviations. No means no, silence means no and maybe does not mean yes. Do not insist, do not pressure others.

We Keep Each Other Safe

If something does not seem right, do speak up. Check in with the people around you and reach out to our awareness team. We are here to help and we keep each other safe.

What’s a good party without the dance floor? This communal space where we gather as a community, get lost in the moment and express ourselves freely is central to our vision. All us dancers contribute to making this an immersive space that allows our feelings to flow freely.

Dancefloor Is For Dancing

Our dance floor is a communal place to let go and be yourself. So dance your heart out, dance with others, the people around you will love your energy. Feel like yapping? Meet us in the social spaces.

No Phones On The Dancefloor

Stay in the moment! We ask you to keep your phones away from the dancefloor, just the glare alone is enough to put someone out of their own blissful state. Enjoy this seldom moment to fully disconnect, trust us, it’ll make the memories that much more special.

Be Mindful Of The Space

Our dancefloor is a communal space, so please be mindful of the dancers around you. Be aware of your space and make space for others where you can. Be kind, be respectful to those around you.

Many of us spend just as much time in the chill-out space as they do on the dance floor. These spaces where conversations unfold, friendships form, and the energy from the dance floor settles into something more meaningful hold a truly special place in our hearts and are an integral part of Warm Company events.

Be The Sunshine

Many of us like to go out with our friends, but some come to these spaces to make new ones. We encourage you to open up your social circles, seek out and welcome new people. A successful warm company night is one where you walk home having made a new friend.

Keep The Space Clean

Our social spaces are meant to feel cozy and welcoming, please help us keep them that way and keep the space clean for others. It’s a party and things happen, we understand and we’ll help clean.
